I sometimes don’t put the carts back. I left the Home Depot cart right where I was parked. Usually I put them back. The next stop after Home Depot was the Kroger and I did put that cart in the pen. So I’m white trash some of the time. However I do not litter but 9 of the last 10 times I observed someone throwing trash out of the car window they were black. I know this because I verify by catching up and looking if I didn’t see the melanin while the arms went out. I must be racist for seeing this.
