They already redesigned the interiors into a sterile, non-Christian environment. Changing the sign back won’t work.
It’s more important that they scrap their Woke CEO.
Maybe should have asked customers first...
Are they going to ditch rainbow flags and wokeness too?
Who will take the sop? Gullible rubes.
It’s still stuck with the faux nostalgia. The wall collection of rolling pins and flour shakers are absurdly condescending.
The logo change was only a fraction of the problem here. One could say it was done intentionally to tank the stock and either buy it at lower price, or just destroy the brand altogether. Those restaurants sit on valuable land beside the interstates.
This logo change probably would have worked if they left the barrel and re-named the restaurant, ‘The Powder Keg”.
Cracker Barrel is our “go to” restaurant when traveling. We generally eat “lupper” (late lunch, early supper) and then drive 3-4 more hours. Prices have gotten to the point that I wonder how a young family can afford to eat there. What used to cost around $25 is now about $40. Other than price, my pet peeve is cold food but that’s more of a local management issue. While we are talking about Cracker Barrel, I suspect this is an industry problem brought about by higher food and labor costs. It’s tough to run a successful restaurant as evidenced by all the failures over the years.
I’m willing to bet that come next June these idiots display the perv flag
Cracker Barrel is one of those restaurants that has memorabilia, gadgets, etc hanging everywhere. It always bothers me, wondering when the last time they were washed or dusted. We were sitting at a CB table that had glass framed photos above and there was grime and dust all over them. YUK!
The “old timer” in the Cracker Barrel logo was a real man. He was Uncle Hershel who gave his nephew the money to begin the restaurant chain. There has even been an “Uncle Hershel’s Special” meal on the breakfast menu which was a favorite of the man whose name it bears.
Without the “old timer,” Uncle Hershel, there would NEVER have been a Cracker Barrel chain.
The CEO had no clue Cracker Barrel had customers
There are only two Cracker Barrels in Southern California. I ate at the one in Victorville in 2019 and found it to be rather mediocre, like a Denny’s.
If I’m in Victorville at mealtime, I usually eat at Richie’s Diner or Emma Jean’s Hollandburger, a family-owned eatery that caters to local workers and has been there since the 1950’s. If I’m heading northeast, I might stop at the Mad Greek in Baker, a Greek restaurant that offers lots of delicious goodies.
Undefeated!
Still not going back until they fix their food.
Not good enough.
Their entire management and neutral gray re-make need to go.

They listened to Trump.
