My 2 cents
Keep the new design hire suitable wait staff and make it a hooters type of establishment only grit-like with biscuits and gravy, chickenfried steak, mashed taters and thick chicken gravy, and fried chicken to die for. Coke slaw and overcooked greasy green beans. Sawdust on the planked floors. Management must work the kitchen at least 1 month per year at the trainee level.
Well how about that. It probably won’t help. The woke BS that had infested CB went barely noticed. Customers grumbled when they walked by the rainbow chairs but not much blowback. The logo thing blew the lid off. Everyone knows the truth now. This will be interesting
