Point was, that some BH’s do die while working and lessons are passed on.
That should never happen to an innocent citizen. It's completely unacceptable. If the lesson they learned was "don't positively identify your target, just throw explosives" ... they learned the wrong lesson. They need to be in prison: Assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, deprivation of civil rights under color of law ...
