Gen Kellog is an old , washed out Neo- con general from the Soviet threat days. President Trump side lined him awhile ago- Witkoff is the one doing the negotiations directly with Putin.
Zelensky gets to cry to Kellog, the Peace deals are being made by Witkoff….Kellog is the idiot that came up with the notion of a Ceasefire, which only benefits Zelensky.

It would be strange if president Zelenski would *not* talk to a U.S. envoy about such topics.
Another option would be for Zelensky to get out of his defensive positions,
go on Offense and take his land back from Ruzzia instead of whining to Kellog.
He ought to be worried about making any deal he can to prevent losing more territory and lives since Ukraine is losing both daily.
