I can’t imagine Russia trusting Russophobic Brits spoiling for war with Russia…as “ peacekeepers”
Minsk didn’t work out so well with European “ monitors”
1) I have heard no peacekeeper proposals that were not predicated on there being a ceasefire. None.
2) If there is no ceasefire, then all the discussion of peacekeepers would seem to have no point.
3) It looks pretty clear that there will be no unconditional ceasefire, and Ukraine will not accept the conditions under which Russia would allow a ceasefire.
And so, why is there any talk of peacekeepers?
