This is why having a “buffer”, such as a ring camera is so vital. Otherwise it’s a catch-22, either letting armed assailants into your home; or being arrested for shooting real police officers serving a real warrant, even if they have the wrong address on the warrant.
A forced entry accelerates the problem.

“Lack of emergency lighting”
I have never been served a warrant or anything at my front door at 11pm. In fact, I’m so boring, I’ve never even been arrested.
What is referred to with the phrase “lack of emergency lighting”? When serving a warrant, do police typically shine a klieg-light on the subject and/or on their official vehicle?
