Capital Medical University, in China, is not my "go to" for medical adivce. Past my "sell by date" by most naitonal averages as below, red meat and I have been chums for life.

Checking life expectancy for both China and the US, one finds them within spitting distance, on of the other. So, "meh."

Wow. That’s funny! I cured all of my gut issues by eliminating toxic chemicals and gluten/wheat and switching to a keto diet (lots of meat/fish/eggs/dairy.🤷‍♀️
