The upper middle income and better, elite college educated people who inhabit the C suites of the Fortune 500 and investment firms are evidently quite clueless as to anything south of the Rappahannock and west of the Fall Line for East Coast entities, and east of the Coastal Range for West Coast entities. However, stock price plunges tend to get their attention.
