That "news" story is propaganda trying to influence anti-Russian thinking.
Flex Ltd. is a "multi-national" korporation based in Singapore and headquartered in Texas for the bankers to protect their money. Those same bankers keep the overseas entities out of U.S. jurisdiction and tax revenue. That factory is a Ukrainian entity.
Probably by accident; they probably missed a nearby apartment complex. Bombing civilian neighborhoods is more Russia's speed ...
