I am only surprised as to why this tactic didn’t occur sooner unless the factories are only recently there in Western areas of Ukraine. I would think Russia has had the capability to hit these locations the entire time.
The Ukes probably had to wait till some Russian attack happened close by, then they can run over and put an RPG into the American business.
