Is there a way a person can get the demographic percentages of the passenger manifest before booking a cruise? If not, why? I do know I would be willing to pay extra to know the information before making my plans.

No, but I'm a serious proponent of blacklisting (pardon the pun) anyone who acts out at an airport or cruise line, or hotel.

A chimpout should get your name added to all airline carriers and refuse to do business with you. Pass that info along to hotels, rental agencies, and you'll get some relief.
