Im tired of the " innocent until proven guilty" rules, if you shoot a man in cold blood, walk out into the courtroom and say, I killed that SOB.

There's no "alleged" killing. Its homicide and we know who was involved.

Now its up to the court to decide murder, manslaughter, insanity, momentary,loss of reason, etc.

karmelo Anthony didn't allegedly kill, he came right out and told the officers he did it. Now hes guilty of homicide, was it manslaughter, voluntary, involuntary, reckless, self defensr, or capital murder?
