In 2022, Washington DC was the city with the largest per capita police force in the country with 543 officers per 100,000 residents

In addition to its largest per capita police Department in the nation, the Metropolitan police Department, DC has the Capitol police, the park police, many people working security at government buildings and museums and many military people. Only the completely terrible Democrat policies had DC such a crime ridden place.
