Fry 6 pieces of bacon in a cast iron skillet until crispy and reserve bacon grease.
Set bacon aside.
Saute’ one whole 1/4” sliced vidalia, Texas 1012, or walla walla onion in the reserved bacon grease until onion clears.
Remove onion from the skillet, draining the grease in the process.
Crumble bacon and toss with onion.
After eating go slap yo’ mama!!
