The ignorant jerk tried to do a u-turn through an ‘emergency only’ center crossover berm intended for emergency use vehicles only. These crossovers on multi-lane highways are extremely treacherous because they involve leaving and entering the fast lanes on both sides of the roadway. How he thought he could get an 18 wheeler through the cross-over safely and then enter the fast lane of traffic says this guy didn’t give a damn for life.

CROSSED OVER INTO THE LEFT LANE TO GET TO THE EMERGENCY CROSSOVER....BLOCKING THE MOVING LEFT LANE OF TRAFFIC.
