This link says he got his commercial drivers license in California which I find incredible as *usually* they are verhy very strict about getting one. For example even in the blue state of New York, a CDL-A is very difficult to get. You have to undergo months of training, pay $5000, and take a very difficult test where if you miss even one thing on the inspection portion of the test, they fail you.

Strict on citizens. Not so much on noncitizens i.e. illegal aliens.

Same with parking an RV on the side of the road forever. OK for vagrants, ticketed and towed for normal people.

Illegals get to play by different rules. People have no idea how bad it really is.
