250 years ago this month, the British chopped down an important symbol of American freedom—the Boston Liberty Tree. To add insult to injury, they ignominiously turned that once-stately elm into mere firewood. I knew virtually nothing about the Liberty Tree—until I was informed by Dr. Peter Lillback, the founding president of Providence Forum, for which I serve as executive director. Lillback has even begun a project to restore Liberty Trees, but that is the subject for a future column.

Yes, Dr. Newcombe also publishes on Renew America, a site we love very mush. Rev Bresciani is also a contributing author at RA and has been for many years.
No author whether syndicated or just curative is published on New American Prophet without permission of the author. Most authors submit to us along with other similar sites.
In the case of Dr. Newcombe, we mentioned to one of our own deceased authors, Rev Austin Miles that we loved the educational , historical and very sound articles by Dr. Newcome published on Rev Miles site. Miles told us to just use those articles as we saw fit. Our reply to him was the same reply we give to all our authors – we will not publish anything without permission of the author.
Miles asked Dr. Newcombe, and we secured a new author and friend for our site. Since Miles passed Dr. Newcome has been sending his work on a weekly basis.
We are quite proud of our home site, and we are more than happy to share our material with sites that can appreciate it. No money is ever collected by for New American Prophet, and we are in our twentieth year of publishing.
We aso love Free Republic and we cannot understand what all the fussing is about.

Why don’t you post the entire article? You only post clickbait. That means you are using the Free Republic website as eyeballs to your own.
You can change this perception of you by posting the entire article.
Then, no one can accuse you of blog pimping and posting clickbait.

Well "rev" (cf. Job 32:22), it is because you are obviously taking a snippet (79 words out of 785) of an article in order by someone else to obtain hits for your own blog, even though you are allowed up to 300 for an excerpt. Thus the charge of "blog pimping." Which is what you practice.
