That doesn't sound insulting to me. I looked over all the lyrics and Dreams. I don't see anything that that I'd feel insulted about, if it were about me.
He also sang on the last chorus and outro. He was the arranger etc., so I guess he approved. Stevie Nicks was offended by the line "Packing up, shacking up's all you wanna do."
