Worked for me but your mileage may vary 🤷‍♀️

It’s not like my bp was super high, it’s around 130/85 range, often my systolic is around 110, almost never above 140 at home

When I am in the doctor’s office it is often 150+, so docs freak out.

So, I felt it was ok for me try try the natural, weight loss route.
