That is repeated over and over in these videos when they reveal the penalty, we watch career criminals caught red handed and enough to send them away for 10 or 15 years, but instead the anti-climax is probation, or classes, or anything but something that ends their career.

You know why these are news stories? Because they’re unusual. The news is not going to report on the kabillion every day black shoplifters because it would take up their whole show and it’s boring. Take a look at X sometime and see how many black shoplifter videos there are.
