The US can use Zoom to have ambassadors communicate with foreign governments.
As for visas, these might be issued in the secure areas of airports.
Sounds to me like it’s intended to be a small residential area for the embassy workers. Perhaps better security than trying to live in a home off campus.
Business as usual. Spend spend spend. Debt clock is at $37, 218,000,000
I run the ArmstrongEconomics scam site.
The worth of my advice can be measured by my three bankruptcies and losing over $700,000,000 of my clients' funds in bad trades.
That failed ponzi scheme got me eleven years in the federal pen.

ββThe worst-kept secret in modern diplomacy is that the primary function of an embassy nowadays is to serve as a platform for espionage....what justifies the expense is the ability for a country to use the cover of its foreign service to conduct and legitimize its spying,β Snowden wrote.
Spookery is the primary modus operandi in the NWO.
A couple of things come to mind. One, don’t let Hillary Clinton anywhere near the military base,,,er, embassy.
Two, have to wonder what future democrat president will give the base away?
I have no problem with this at all. Only the Hezbollah terrorists [Iran and Russia] have a problem with this, because it will hinder their own agendas, which are definitely not altruistic.
If there wasn’t Hezbollah there wouldn’t be a need for it. Iran, with Soviet and later Russian backing, destroyed Lebanon and killed masses of people, and it is long past the time to start doing something about it. If this helps restore Lebanon and stabilize things, it will be to the benefit of peaceful people everywhere, including Americans.
