Yes,the total population is divided by 435 to get the number of citizens per seat/district . That number will cross 1,000,000 in 20 years.

Remember every state gets one representative regardless of population like Wyoming and Alaska have really small populations and still get one congressional seat and two senators

representation is too high... no one will be represented that way, but the one’s who crave freebies...

lower the representation to 100,000
make the states pay their representatives and their staff.
build the new capitol in lincoln nebraska to house the large body of representatives
the States are responsible for the housing of staff and reps.
no bill can be longer than 1000 words.
