Dunno, but deportation of all the dysfunctional blacks is not the answer as President Lincoln discovered. Too many blacks, and too unwieldy and too unjust an effort. And mass deportation would be unconstitutional. And a lot of blacks do not subscribe to the dysfunctional black culture, but too many do.
The answer is EDUCATING the public about dysfunctional black culture and trying to help the blacks out of self loathing, self-pity, and entitlement without enabling or acquiescing to their dysfunction.
The BIGGEST problem is we have too many Lying Dem Leftists and RINO's who are enablers of black dysfunction presumably to keep blacks as their slaves as they did on plantations.
Maybe start with the ten commandments, especially this one: thou shall not steal.
