They've been coached by their mammys' since birth, because their fathers are known but to God. Do we have data available to the general public that deals with % of negros that don’t have fathers?

Everyone has a father, even black people. Whether the mother knows who the father is, is quite another story.
There are stats, but I can't be bothered to look them up right now. However, in 1960, most black homes were not much different than white homes. Then came LBJ.
