I've seen a longer version of this. After a few hours in holding cell, the chubby older one was identified. She has a long rap sheet, is a drug abuser, and not pregnant. She wound up spent and self pitying. A couple of hours in the holding cell calmed both of them a lot.
Seems like “BRO” is coming back tenfold... I have been hearing TOO much of that recently (lots of retro).
