Those laws have no teeth. There’s virtually no punishment like the discrimination laws and Veterans Preference laws.

The ONLY thing you get out of it is that the government OKs you to sue. Then you have to come up with tens-of-thousands of dollars to actually sue.

Those laws are all jokes which is why they get violated all of the time.
