My son used the Keto Diet to lose 50 lbs.
Said it was difficult to stick to long term so he modified it a bit to work for him. So far, he’s been able to keep the weight off.

I’m all over the concept of “treating” mental imbalance conditions with dietary adjustments. ESPECIALLY in children! The degree to which we diagnose kids with mental problems and then pump ‘em with psych drugs is criminal. Watched a little, no time right now for the rest; does she mention kids?

The one question I didn’t hear addressed was the claim that the keto diet is hard on the kidneys.
