And what is the remedy for that?

BTW, I was speaking in generalities about when someone DOES commit a crime, not this specific case. Regarding this case, looks like Texas, and probably other states, need to come up with a remedy for this when it happens in the future, regardless of which party does it. Looks like more and more we’re being represented by political hacks and children.

The remedy is to create a crime under Texas law and to make charges before a Texas curt. Neither condition obtains.
