Mexico might have its people from the Kyiv and Moscow embassies craft a draft agreement that could be made public.
Both the Ukrainian and Russian people want the war to end.
The Swiss also have embassies in both countries.

Brazil has an embassy in Kiev.
There would be diplomatic personnel in the embassies in Moscow and Kyiv that could craft a document in Russian (and probably Ukrainian too).

Anyone who thinks that the Ukrainians will just bend over and accept whatever is dictated to them are not the adults and have not been paying attention to the last 3 1/2 years.
Elections will take place after the ceasefire.
With the territorial concessions as specified in the US proposal, the pro Russia candidates who were winning Ukraine elections pre 2014 . . . never will again, since those territorial concessions remove pro Russia votes from the Ukraine national total.
It would be like removing California from the US totals. No more Democrats.

Trump can’t undermine Ukraine by offering more than Ukraine has authorized.
A third party [Mexico, Brazil, Switzerland] is likely to be free to craft a draft agreement that might be more acceptable and that can be published to increase the pressure to accept.
