The problem with that is this:

India is a major supplier of pharmaceuticals, particularly generic drugs, to the United States. Approximately 47% of all generic prescriptions in the US are filled by Indian companies. So theres no option for billionaires to use their capital to build pharmaceutical manufacturing in the US? It's either stick with India or nothing?
