The West blowing up the Nordstream pipeline was a stroke of complete idiocy. There are consequences to such brain dead actions.

…and President Trump ordering sovereign nations what to buy and who to trade with is madness…..he has gone “ one bridge to far”….we won’t touch on the West stealing Russia’s sovereign wealth fund…..or his ordering the world to use the US’s failing USD.

No, the attacks of this anti American piece of garbage, and your embrace of him, have gone too far.

President Trump is a great president and no one should listen to this worthless traitor.

Disagree. It's no nation's right to trade with us. India can still do whatever they want--without us.

Trump's tariffs are forcing the world to stop ripping us off, for our benefit.

Please call me Marty.

I run the ArmstrongEconomics scam site.

The worth of my advice can be measured by my three bankruptcies and losing over $700,000,000 of my clients' funds in bad trades.

That failed ponzi scheme got me eleven years in the federal pen.

This is a big problem if India decides to use its leverage on this:

India is a major supplier of pharmaceuticals, particularly generic drugs, to the United States. Approximately 47% of all generic prescriptions in the US are filled by Indian companies. This significant supply contributes to billions of dollars in savings for the US healthcare system. However, recent discussions about reciprocal tariffs could potentially impact this trade relationship.

This arrogant stance is pushing India out of neutrality and into the arms of the Kremlin. There is nothing diplomatic about calling your trade partner worthless on the public stage and then bullying them with sanctions into changing their foreign policy.

It will an act of political suicide if prescription drug prices start soaring because of all this.

If India was just importing Russian oil for it’s own domestic needs that would be one thing but they are importing large quantities over that to resell at a profit. They of course have every right to do that and the US has a right to respond to that as they see fit.

Whether this is the best policy for dealing with India is another matter. I think Trump should have been more nuanced by negotiating quietly with India to at least significantly reduce their Russian oil imports instead of voicing tariff threats out loud. I mean India is correct that some EU nations are receiving Russian oil & gas. You can’t go around making up rules willy nilly like this allowing some nations to do one thing but another nation not.
