No. That actual record only has Epstein reporting something to the FBI. It does not confirm what or why. It is entirely possible that in terms of the federal investigation he was under he was required, as part of that investigation, to make certain statements to the FBI. If that is the real case, it has nothing to do with being an “FBI agent”.
