And the next rung down from there, most prominent with more middle-aged women, is the fish lips look, where they have their lips injected with fillers until they look like balloons. I’ve never understood that one, and have yet to see any woman who has done so who looks attractive. It’s absurd and makes otherwise attractive women look hideous.
