I'm opposed to mandatory paternity testing but not one unwilling dime should be paid in child support for a child that has not been proven to belong to the father.

Among the younger adults, the level of infidelity by women justifies mandatory testing for all births. 80% of women will cheat (to get pregnant) with the 5% of guys who won't marry them, and then lie to the man they "settled for" to get him to unknowingly support somebody else's offspring.
