Egads, that poor woman. Our eldest daughter had a best friend in high school who was overly endowed like that. She got reduction surgery and looked fantastic. She married her HS sweetheart (they were together before the surgery). Happy couple now with three great kids.
Kudos for the "happy end" story as for the kindness and generosity by which you tell it.
