LOS ANGELES (AP) — Loni Anderson, who played a struggling radio station’s empowered receptionist on the hit TV comedy “WKRP in Cincinnati,” died Sunday, just days before her 80th birthday.
Anderson died at a Los Angeles hospital following a “prolonged” illness, said her longtime publicist, Cheryl J. Kagan.
“We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our dear wife, mother

“”””Ginger and Mary Ann were both hot as hell. But as I got older I kept looking at Mrs. Howell a little closer. ;~))””””
After getting a great close-out buy on a bunch of Bud Light, I started looking closer at Mr. Howell.
You are correct sir, followed by the girls of Petticoat Junction, except I was an Anne Francis as Honey West fan first.

In the 1960s, her measurements would have often been mentioned.
I can understand that, and yes, we are pigs. ;~))

The Natural was filmed right near my home town in Western NY (after I had moved away). The locals said the only celebrity that was really friendly was Loni, who was there because she was dating one of the photographers.
More music and Les Nessman!
London, Bangkok, Madrid, Moscow....Cincinnati!
Agree 100%!
I thought she died years ago.
I always lumped her in with Suzanne Sommers, who did pass a few years ago.
A good friend of mine and her husband were at Burt’s house and she said Loni was quite tiny. The story is that Burt was playing a joke on Don Deluise and he got my friend’s husband involved. It was quite funny - and a bit complicated. I wish I could remember the details. I do remember that when Burt met my friend he grabbed her and bent her over backwards and gave her a big kiss.
Those were the days my friend.....
That looks like a Honda Scrambler - 250 or 305
Her hair was so coiffed and fethered, her hairstyle had its own hairstyle.
I think I would say Dawn Wells natural beauty tops all three.
RIP.
Loni Anderson was mostly a television performer. She was in the craptastic made for television movie “The Jayne Mansfield Story” with Arnold Schwarzenegger as her bodybuilder husband.
I am not sure if Anderson understood that her casting bordered upon self-parody or not. Some rate the film as so bad that it is good.
Anderson’s last television role was in another movie “Ladies of the Eighties: A Divas Christmas.”
We named our daughter Loni after her 43 years ago.
