Close, but that is still “Traveling through space”. What I am describing is based on the Vacuum energy particles that pop up and disappear. They are not quite sure where they come from or where they go. But it is instant.

And for every particle there is a second particle it is entangled with somewhere else in Space Time. Could be a hundred feet away, could be millions of light years away. But they are still entangled and affect each other as a pair. And every action on one is an instant reaction on the other no matter how far apart they are. And they transcend Time and Space. Time, distance, or location has no effect on this ability to be permanently and instantly entangled.

So if these properties can be harvested and utilized, there would be no reason to “travel through Space or Time” at all. At the same time your package disappears from one place you are simultaneously reappearing in another place and time based on particle entanglement manipulation. Here now then there in another place and time one second later almost instantly. They are exploring this theory now and I think they are on to something with it.
