All four of my grandparents were born in Hungary. That makes me eligible for Hungarian citizenship. The only problem is that prospective Hungarian citizens must first take a language test.

As you might know, Hungarian is an insanely difficult language. I know a good amount, but I think not enough. So I’m working on it. We’ll see what happens.

I could apply for the same reason.
If my Grandparents weren’t trying to assimilate to the culture they might of taught us all Hungarian.
Now its hard to learn.
I’m all about fixing this country anyways.

I tried to learn a few basic words and it is a difficult one for sure. Good luck. Palacsinta-OMG those are so good !!! As Guy on DDD would say “You can wrap it around the bumper of a car and eat it .” (paraphrasing) Sue and Anya also made a Sweet Bread with Sesame Seeds around the Christmas Holidays but I never got the recipe and can’t remember the name of it. It wasn’t a pastry but a bread.

I never had or heard about Dobostorte but the recipe I found is simple but time consuming. I think I will try making one.
