The driver was charged with “obstruction” and resisting arrest in addition to the traffic charges, but all were dismissed. At the beginning of this month he filed a civil rights suit against the police department and the city.

The welder kept his cool far longer than a lot of other guys would have done. For a Cop’s ego to be that brittle and fragile, he must be loaded with self doubt, and sees every difference of opinion as a challenge and a direct threat to his ‘authority’.
