Whenever I actually look for it, I find that Russia has been providing documentation to organizations like the UN or other governments for investigation, and the UN's answer has been 'no'. By now it's a surprise if other countries will look into reports of Ukrainian crime.

As if Russia’s alliance with the tyrannical regimes of Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Hezbollah, Hamas, and their constant prancing around with China shouldn’t be enough to wake you up, you add Nicaragua and keep on snoring.
If we were invaded by aliens that want to raise humans in cocoons for later consumption, you guys would gleefully hand over your grandparents, your kids and a bottle of ketchup if the aliens showed up wearing Russian army uniforms and singing Putin’s praises.
