MOSCOW, July 29. /TASS/. The Nicaraguan parliament has decided to consider the report of the Russian parliamentary commission investigating criminal acts against minors by the Kyiv regime. This was reported to TASS by the vice-speaker of the State Duma, co-chair of the commission Anna Kuznetsova at a memorial event for children killed by Ukrainian armed aggression on the DPR square in Moscow.
"Having returned from an international trip just the other day, I can report that the Nicaraguan parliament has decided that our report with the results of the investigation into the crimes <…> of the Kyiv regime will be considered by the parliament, and the resolution regarding support for the decisions that were made will also be considered," Kuznetsova said.
The vice-speaker of the State Duma also pointed out that many international organizations do not want to hear the arguments presented in the report and look into Kyiv's crimes. "But today we see that the parliaments of states, the public and the media, who want to hear the truth and talk about the truth, take the data recorded in our report, take information from the sources cited, and we have translated our report into all UN languages, and come out with those fair demands on states, come out with fair demands on international organizations, human rights organizations," the deputy emphasized.
The State Duma adopted a resolution on conducting a parliamentary investigation into the crimes of the Kiev regime against children at a plenary session on June 20, 2023. At a meeting on June 21, the Federation Council adopted a resolution to support the initiative to initiate a parliamentary investigation.
In the same month, a parliamentary commission was established to investigate criminal acts against minors by the Kyiv regime. The commission included 13 members of the Federation Council and 13 deputies of the State Duma. On June 19, 2024, the Federation Council and the Duma approved the commission's final report.

Did Ukraine sign the Geneva Convention? Then they are obliged to honor it. Being a victim of an unjust attack does not excuse them. In fact, they should be more zealous ion respecting the rules as they claim the moral high ground. Ukraine allows all captured Russians to be visited by Red Cross, which Russia does not.
Surrendering Ukrainian soldiers have been beaten, tortured, raped and executed. They have had their ears and heads chopped off. There are many videos of surrendered Ukrainian soldiers summarily executed. One was even castrated, before being executed.
Ukraine treats captured Russian soldiers much better than Russians treat captured Ukrainians.

You’re one sick, vicious person. It seems you are advocating for Ukraine to do the same to their prisoners. Because the Russians are doing it does not justify the Ukes doing the same.
