A simple Google graphics search finds an earlier use of the same "file photo" from Reuters, three years ago.
Oddly, Reuters mentions the X post, does not not link to it, though the article does link to other Reuters articles. A Business Insider article dated May 26, 2025 uses the same "file photo." And Daily Mail from 30 April 2025.

While there are obviously pro-Zelensky factions and some less obvious pro-Putin voices, there also plenty who think our involvement in any war -- given the massive US debt, today at $37.161 TRILLION -- should be none. There are those who think that Europe should be bearing the far largest share in this land war between two non-NATO nations. Certainly there are more than two sides in this mess.
