What’s crazy is humans lived like this guy for tens of thousands of years if not 100,000 plus years and all of a sudden in a mere blink of an eye by comparison we have this insane tech world, cars, planes, computers, AC, phones, medicine. What changed? Agriculture?

Most likely agriculture as humans began to live and work in societies. I believe archaeologist’s say farming and such organized society began in what is now Iraq.

Your taking we were cave men for a long time as fact. The Bible lists skilled craftsman came very early. That we were first farmers and later included meat. The written word also did not take long to use.
