Another Boeing disaster.

I believe DEI is to blame.

Didn't Earn It.

DEI needs to DIE before more people DIE because of DEI!!!!!

Recent Boeing history and the change in Boeing engineering hierarchy.

What, you don’t suspect DEI for repeated mishaps in the same company?

Common, get real.

BREAKING: Chaos at Denver Airport — an American Airlines plane burst into flames as the left main wheel caught fire during taxi.

Passengers evacuated immediately onto the tarmac.
173 people on board — one hospitalized, no fatalities.
Initial reports blame overheated brakes or wheel failure.

This is the second major fire involving American Airlines at DEN this year.

The airlines are all becoming contestants in a perpetual clown show...

I’m reminded of a famous comment in a famous movie about an elusive soviet sub...

Brakes can get really hot.

Pads can burn.

Tires too.

18 wheedlers can be on the side of the road doing same.

He doesn't, he just has to be the first one living in his mother's basement, to post something that he thinks is witty.

“ overheated brakes or wheel failure”

Brakes partially stuck applied.

That’s an American Airlines maintenance problem, unlikely to be a Boeing problem.

It was a spark in the empty center fuel tank.

Brakes can sieze, they can get red hot, so, that is most likely what caused any over heating.

Is there video?

saw the video.

brake fluid or hydraulic fluid on a siezed brake.

Scary for the passengers but not as big a threat as the headline says.

“Denver is high and hot.”

Low air density doesn’t help with air cooling.

Best to be easy on the brakes in the Mountains.
