I agree that he should have complied but this also would not have happened if the officer did not do a complete BS traffic stop. He was stopped for not having headlights on in the rain. Carefully look at all of the police cars on scene. Not one has headlights on nor windshield wipers.

What likely happened is the cop who patrols this area of town on a daily basis probably knows this guy and had run ins within the past, he was looking for reason to stop him.

The area of town this happened in is not the best to say the least.

Come to find out, the driver was driving on a suspended license, had a knife on the driver’s side floorboard and had a significant amount of marijuana in his possession.

Granted the reason for the traffic stop was BS, it turned out much more was wrong with the driver than a BS traffic offense.

He was driving on a suspended license.....had he complied with that and not gotten behind the wheel to begin with none of the rest would ever have occurred.

He set everything into motion by doing what he was told NOT to do......which seems to be a common thread in a certain ethnicity.
