People need to learn how to deal with the police. You don’t argue with them or raise your voice. If you are stopped by the police politely give them your driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration. If they ask you question then you politely state, “I’m not going to answer any questions without an attorney present.” If they ask to search your vehicle just say No and nothing else. If they give you a ticket then sign it and discuss the issue in court with a judge. If they do arrest then politely comply with their lawful orders. You can get an attorney to argue your case in court not on the side of the road.

That’s basically the recipe. The law will favor the police. They have a tough job. It’s not hard.

I recently saw a judge side with the defendant, no probable cause - but still told the guy not to try and be ‘smart’ with cops in the field, which he did. It doesn’t end well.
