The first Polish Settlement in the US was in Texas, at Panna Maria, about 30 miles from San Antonio.
Remove the blue background and the star from the Texas flag, and you’ll have the Polish flag.
there are several german towns too that are west of san antonio. Not sure that much is left of them anymore. Most residents moved away in recent decades.
