“Brain aneurysm?”

Absolutely possible, or stroke, or a dozen other medical emergencies. Thank you for first considering a possible medical emergency first. This is important, because it is never the first consideration anymore as it should be. Folks are now being shot and tazed by Law Enforcement because they are having a medical emergency and “do not follow official commands”.

“...because it is never the first consideration anymore as it should be.”

You’ve been watching too many cheap, anti-cop movies. If a person is running around nude in public then the cops have to first consider the public. And subduing him is the first step. If it is done with no threat of harm to anyone, that’s great. But you can’t treat the nude on the street and you can’t account for what the nude will do physically.

So, help the situation then help the nude person. And I ask you, if you saw a person nude in public, couldn’t his actions display possible dangers like drug use and/or what the nude might do. And don’t think the subduers aren’t thinking he’s a threat and treating it like one until it is proven different. They not have only the public to protect but also themselves.
