There are two of these along hwy 99 connected to nothing, urs a joke, the kicker is the link from Bakersfield to la goes over the mountains and will need tunnels, maybe they should have started there first.
Not a soul will be riding the train yhe nowhere. They have not even upgraded the station here in Bakersfield yet.
Live in CA part of central valley near Fresno and everyone where I live knows that most of the money was graft. the lawyers and consultants made out big on this with fees. another person to look at is Dian Feinstein’s husband on this when it comes to what actually happened when it comes to over budget work.
